UPL: Arua Hill in Search for Maiden Season Win as they Host High Flying BUL

Match day three of Startimes Uganda Premier League continues today as BUL FC visits Arua Hill at 3PM at Paridi Stadium.

The hosts are winless after losing two opening games and they’ll be hoping to collect their first win this afternoon, while the visitors are still on 100% winning streak.

Arua Hill have lost their two opening games this season, they lost 0-1 to Busoga United and 2-0 to Vipers SC in the first and second game respectively.

BUL FC have won all their opening games, they defeated Soltilo Bright Stars 1-0 in the first game and edged KCCA FC 1-0 in the second game.

During the pre-match interview, BUL FC head coach Abbey Kikomeko was optimistic that they will get maximum points.

“We have had several trainings and we have continued to correct our mistakes and mastering on our strength. Arua Hill is at home and looking for the first point(s) this season, so it will be a tough game. My team is determined and ready to take three points.” Said Kikomeko.

BUL FC captain George Kasonko called for teamwork if they’re to win the game.

“We’re playing a stubborn and hungry team looking for first victory but we are much determined, committed and ready to put up a good show. I argue my fellow players to work as a team to overcome Arua Hill, because our target is to win the game.” Said determined Kasonko.

A win for BUL FC will take them to the top of the table with same points (9) with Kitara FC while, if Arua Hill register the first win, they will jump off the relegation zone to 10th position.
