Fortebet Real Stars Awards: Sarah Nazziwa Among the Celebrated Performers of the Month of July
Para-Badminton Wheel Chair one star, Sarah Nazziwa named the best player for the month of July due to her exceptional performance exhibited in the 2023 Para badminton international and Africa tournaments held at Lugogo Indoor.
Badminton was among the six disciplines that produced the performers who competed for July accolades from Fortebet Real Stars.
Sarah Nazziwa was crowded the best performer for the month of July, she beat her fellows in Elizabeth Mwesigwa and Hellen Nakayima.

In two tournaments she took part in July, the Wheel chair one Para-Badminton player won five medals, Africa Para badminton and international tournaments.
She won two gold medals in Africa championship, one in singles and the other in women doubles.
She won a silver medal in mixed doubles. And two bronze medals in singles and women doubles in International Para-Badminton.
With that success, Nazziwa beat Elizabeth Mwesigwa and Hellen Nakayima on the Real Stars Awards.
“I am happy that I was called in these awards, it’s my first time to compete in them and also won them. They have inspired me to go and work more and in my next tournament in December which will be in Dubai, I also want to perform better to see that I come back here again.” Says Sarah Nazziwa after receiving her award on Tuesday at Lazio Restaurant Kololo.
In other disciplines, Flavia Kusiima from Masindi Draught club, won the Draughts accolade while Fazila Ikwaput was named the best football player for the month of July.

Yasin Nasser and Katumba Ali won the Rally accolade for the fourth consecutive time.
Arnold Ankunda of Pirates won the Rugby accolade and Jannon Otto walked with that of Basketball.
