Don’t Joke with Our Boss’ Source Of Income, Mutyaba Seriously Beaten at FUFA
The former Uganda Cranes and KCCA FC forward, Mike Sulaiman Mutyaba is reported to have been seriously beaten by Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) headquarter security at Mengo on Friday.
According to eyewitness, the Ex-International, Mutyaba with a group of people yet to be identified on Friday morning when to FUFA House Mengo holding placards asking the FA president Eng Moses Magogo to resign from the position he desire to retain for the third consecutive term.
“Mutyaba was beaten by FUFA security” eyewitness told this website before adding, “Mutyaba with other people went to FUFA with placards reading, Magogo should resign, sat in front of FUFA House gate but immediately they reached there, the security guards came and beat them, Mutyaba Inclusive.”
“The guards shoot two bullets in air to despise people and boda boda guys who converged at the place. Then police came and took him to Old Kampala Police station. But he first got treatment.” He explained.
It should be recalled that few weeks back Mike Mutyaba started a campaign of demanding FUFA accountability and demanding Players’ unpaid arrears and allowances especially for those who featured in just concluded CHAN tournament held in Cameroon.
While addressing media at Kevin’s Hotel in Kampala on Tuesday, furious FUFA President Eng Moses Magogo blasted the Cranes players for their unpleasant performance they displayed in AFCON Qualifiers and CHAN and he said they played shitty football, they don’t have any right to demand for their allowances.
