USSSA Ball Games II: ‘Even if they introduce Water football, Agnes Nabukenya Will still be a threat’, She Tops the Scorers’ Chart as Beach Soccer Nears Climax

The 2025 USSSA Ball Games II beach soccer championship nears climax, reaches semifinal but Kawempe Muslim SS, the debutants in the game turned a threat to the old girls of the game.
Besides, helping her school beating every participant including the defending champions, the 2024 Finance Trust Bank Women Super League Most Valuable Player, Agnes Nabukenya became a threat to beach soccer opponents.
Currently, Nabukenya tops the scorers’ chart with 18 goals in five played matches.

Nabukenya became the first player to score the most goals (8) in a single match, she netted eight in a game, Kawempe Muslim thumped St Lawrence Citizen High School Horizon 13 goals to none.
Since she was a novice in the first match, Agnes and her teammates found a serious challenge in interpreting the rules and to master the art of the sport, Nabukenya managed to secure a brace.
However, according to the players, they have started mastering the art of the game and aiming to win the trophy on debut.
The team’s skipper started with scoring two goals, netted only a goal in second match, she missed to score in the third match which was against Mukono Kings where Kawempe Muslim won the match with a 4-3 scoreline.
In the 4th and the 5th matches, she scored 11 goals which took her to 18 goals, seven above the second placed top scorer, Karungi Suzan from Kasheshero Girls
Dorcus Kisakye, Tracy Nabalanzi and Angel Nakanwagi are the other Kawempe Muslim players, who mastered the art of the game.
The semifinal action will be held on Thursday at Tororo Girls School Beach Soccer Arena and Kawempe will play against the defending champions, Standard High school Zana in the opening fixture of the day before Mukono Kings High School host Kasheshero Girls School.
