Transfer: Why Should I Leave the Milk Land, Ssemugabi still At Mbarara City
The lanky forward, Jude Ssemugabi snubbed any move to any other Uganda Premier League Club, he is set to extend his contract at Mbarara City at least for the next two years.
The close sources at Kakyeka indicates that Jude Ssemugabi has finalized with the Ankole lions and he is still their player for the next two seasons.
Ssemugabi 21, was on radar of three top premier league clubs, and they were badly chasing his signature but the former Kiboga Young and Singo Saza goal poacher decided to keep serving his master’s who gave him the maiden top flight league game.
The clubs that wanted his services include: KCCA FC, Express FC and URA.
Jude joined Mbarara City FC in 2018/19 season, and the 2020/21 season has been his third, he has been a key player in the club especially during the times when Paul Mucureezi and Ibrahim Orit left the club for Kitende based side, Vipers SC.
The Mbabazi Livingston coached side also extended the contract of custodian, Elungat with two seasons.
