Is it Amateurism?, “Bobi Wine filed false affidavits” Oscar Kahika

The National Resistance Movement Director in Charge of Legal Affairs, Oscar Kahika said that National Unity Platform Principal, Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi Wine filed a false affidavits.

It should be remembered that on Friday the supreme Court granted the Ghetto Gladiator, Bobi through his lawyers to withdraw the petition in which he was challenging president Museveni’s win in the recently concluded general presidential elections.

According to NRM’s director in charge of legal affairs Oscar Kahika while addressing journalists on Sunday at Party’s headquarters, he said that withdrawing of the petition made NRM lose an opportunity to through their lawyers to expose NUP’s presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi and his people.

“I must say public missed some facts of Kyagulanyi’s defiance. He was always playing the Victim and then seeking public sympathy. So with the petition,the public would have know the facts and the real Bobi wine” said Kihika.

It should be noted that Bobi wine wasn’t satisfied with the presidential results and so he ran to Court.

However, Kahika said that Bobi wine from the start was showing that he was not in line and neither was he going to follow directions of the Electoral commission.

“If you go to public records of the supreme Court and see how false the affidavits filed by Bobi Wine were, in response to the case, you’ll understand who Bobi Wine is truly and know that he’d never abide by the EC’s rules.” Kihika said.
