Bika Football: Ffumbe, Kinyomo Win as Eight Book Slots at Round of Sixteen

The 2009 champions, Ffumbe Clan found no hurdle to hammer Mutima Musagi by 5-0 at the round of 32 encounter honored at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

Martin Kizza Lubwama, Mpanga Sula, Kigozi Andrew Samson, Nvule Jamil Kisitu and an own goal from Mutima Musagi player helped  the three time Bika champions,Ffumbe to progress to round of 16.

Ngo and Nyonyi Ndiisa shared spoils after a one all draw in a game played at Kawanda SS, Jonathan Muteesa of Ngo scored in his own net before Ssenabulya Frank came for his clan’s rescue and took the game in spot kicks but again Nyonyi Ndiisa won it with 8-7 spot kicks.

 Kiragga Musitafah brace helped Kkobe to beat Kasimba 2-0 while Nkima lost 1-0 against Musu, Ssaka Yusuf hat-trick and a goal from Mboowa Paul made Mpindi to beat Kibe 4-0 at Buddo SS play ground.

The round of 32 action continues tomorrow, Thursday at different grounds and eight fixture are on menu.

The highlighted fixture is that of the 2019 reigning champions, Mbogo when they will be taking on Ngabi Nyunga at Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium in Wakiso at 4PM.
