Big League: Musa Malunda Returns As Mbale Heroes Travel to Arua
Mbale Heroes’ squad received a boast ahead of long trip to Arua as the visit Calvary FC at Ababet Greenlight Stadium on Sunday in the second round of FUFA Big League.
The side that painfully registered a home victory against Paidha Black Angels, received good news after the return of experienced defender, Musa Malunda who was sidelined in their previous fixture due to accumulated yellow cards.
The return of Musa Malunda gives Hussein Ali Kheri coached side a big boost especially in defence as they travel to a tough ground in Arua.
Despite to return of Musa, Mbale Heroes will again miss the services of Ronald Magwali who is currently in Senegal with Uganda Sand Cranes.
Hatimu Hilbert, the club’s goalie is another absentee, he has accumulated cards that dont allow him to feature in the game tomorrow.
Mbale Heroes is currently stationed in 5th place on the log, with 12 points, a win against Calvary FC will help them to maintain the position regardless of any results from other fixtures. The side will be looking for the fourth win of the season, they so far registered three in nine games played.
Only two points separate Mbales Heroes and the relegation battlers, Calvary, the latter lost its previous encounter, lost 2-0 against on form Black Powers.
Calvary has ten points in nine, stationed in seventh place on a log of eight teams.

For starters, both sides shared spoils in their reverse fixture, it went goal less at Mbale Municipal Stadium.
