Uganda Sand Cranes tactician, Salim Jamal Muwonge, gave his view about the group Uganda is pitted in for Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations 2021.
Uganda was pitted in Group A against hosts Senegal, neighbors, Tanzania, and Democratic Republic of Congo in the Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations draws held today, Thursday in Cairo, Egypt.
After knowing the group, Jamal, the Sand Cranes head coach said that they have a tough draw ahead of them but his players are ready to encounter all the opponents in the group.
My players will be ready for the tournament, we have a tough draw but we know how we shall handle the matches.
Senegal is very tough and playing at home, Tanzania are our neighbors and played them many times, Congo is now new to us, we know little about them.” Salim Jamal Muwonge said after the draws.
