UYFA Regional Qualifiers: Omega Soccer Academy Tactician Convinced with Display of His Boys

Omega Soccer Academy was among the six Academies that took part in the 2024 Uganda Youth Football Association regional qualifiers of Nakawa Subregion.
The Namugongo based Soccer Academy presented three age groups, the U8, U11 and U13 where they fairly performed.
The Academy’s head coach Jerome Harvard Nuwagaba highlighted to this website that his boys performed to their best and he is very impressed with their performance especially the U13 and U11 categories.

“We’re so glad that we have participated in this tournament, and I am really so so happy for the organisers, I am so comfortable that my boys have done to their level best.” Said Nuwagaba before adding. “I agree and I appreciate that they have reached the final of U13 and reached semi final of the U11.”
Apart from finishing at the semifinals in the U11 championship and winning a silver medal, Nuwagaba revealed that his boys learnt a lot in the tournament.

“I am contented, I liked the discipline and my boys have learnt a lot of skills like the discipline and co-operation among the teams.” He said.
The tactician thanked the organisers for having a well organised and none chaotic event.

“The management was so good, there was no chaos, so we appreciate and encourage parents to keep coming at the Omega Soccer Academy so that we can play more and more games for the betterment of the Nakawa UYFA youth games.” He stated.
The one day tournament that was held on Saturday at Time Out Leisure Park ground in Mbalwa, had six Academies of three under categories, U13, U11 and U8.
Kampala Galaxy Soccer Academy won the under thirteen category, Soccer for Life Foundation Academy took the U11 and U8.
Kampala Galaxy to represent Nakawa Subregion in the UYFA Regional Qualifiers in January next month.
