Women Football: Ayubu Khalifa, Lady Doves Enter Into a Temporary Marriage

Lady Doves Football Club is the side that is to represent Uganda in the September, 2021 CAF Women’s Champions League zonal qualifiers to be hosted in Kasarani Stadium in Kenya.

Since it’s the nation’s flag bear, they prefer to offer the best to the pearl of Africa, to pursue such great achievement, they expanded their squad from that won the FUFA Women’s Super League tourney held at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.

They got a number good players on loan from other clubs especially Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC but also on a temporary note, they have hired more three tacticians on their Technical team, Ayubu Khalifa Kiyingi, the Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC and National team U-17 tactician.

In the press release, this website had a copy of on Thursday, Lady Doves FC have contracted Coach Ayubu Khalifa as the Technical performance advisor at the team and their relationship is to end when this year CAF Women’s Champions League campaign ends.

The club also hired more other two tacticians, Proline FC goalkeeping coach, Byuma Muwada and Rogers Nkugwa (Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC).

“This is to inform the public, our fans and other stakeholders that ahead of the forthcoming CAF WCL zonal qualifiers Lady Doves FC agreed to work with three (3) Technical staff of good will who share with the club similar aspirations of making uganda proud if and when, a Ugandan club favorably competes across borders.” The release partly reads.

Lady Doves FC is planning to leave to Kenya next week on Monday.
