UYFA Chairman Masiko Confirms Candidature For Re-election

The Uganda Youth Football Association (UYFA) Chairman John Bosco Masiko has confirmed his Candidature for re-election.

The confirmation was made on Monday 19th, April 2021 when he picked forms to serve a third term in office.

Since the Association was formed in 2008, Masiko has been serving the Umbrella (UYFA).

In 2008 John Bosco Masiko was appointed the Vice Chairman deputizing the Late Katamba Musoke Eugine (May His Soul Rest in Eternal Peace) joining the Assembly from JJ Young Eagles Academy Lubaga.

In 2012 while representing Kitebi Primary Soccer Academy, Masiko was appointed the Chairman of the Umbrella (UYFA).

In 2017 Masiko was re-elected as the Chairman of the Association and this time he joined the Assembly from Kampala Junior League (KJL)

When Are The Elections?.

Uganda Youth Football Association as an Special Interest Group  will have their elections held on Saturday 24th, April and Monday 10th, May 2021 on Regional and National respectively.

How To Become Chairman?.

One must be voted in as a delegate representing his region at UYFA General Assembly.

Each region will be represented by three Persons and One must be female delegate.

24 Delegates from the 8 FUFA football region will convene at National where Two delegates will be voted to represent Youth Football on FUFA general Assembly.

Of the Two appointed Youth delegates one will be appointed the Chairman and one remain as the delegate.

Who Will Vote and be Voted.

Three persons (One must be Female) from FUFA Electoral Registered Academies will be eligible to vote or be voted.
