UPL: KCCA Played at 45% Despite Beating Kitara Four, Mutebi
Kampala Capital City Authority FC tactician Mike Hillary Mutebi said that his team is still playing below 50% despite a comfortable win against struggling Kitara FC.
KCCA FC beat Kitara 4-0 in the encounter honored on the afternoon of Saturday at MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo.
Defender Peter Magambo scored a brace, Substitute Samson Kigozi and Bright Anukani appeared on score sheet but in a post match press briefing, Mutebi said that his team still has a problem of scoring and they are still playing at 45%.
“We still have a problem of scoring, today Magambo would have scored four goals, but sometimes our Ugandan players tend to forget and get early satisfaction but generally the performance today was good.” Mike Mutebi said
“We are still playing at a percentage of 45, and now we are trying to look for ways of improving from that percentage but we can do that if we are not circulating the ball, you there is a difference between circulating the ball and passing the ball, we don’t need to play aimlessly.” Mike Mutebi added.
Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club moved to 17 points, five below top placed Vipers SC while Kitara remains second from bottom, with just a single point garnered in ten games
