SUPL: Maroons Visits Wounded Arua Hill
The Startimes Uganda Premier League match day twelve kickstarts today as Arua Hill welcomes Maroons in Adjumani.
Sitting at the bottom of the table, Arua Hill are hoping to register their second home win at home this season, that could help them close gap on jumping from the relegation zone.
The Prisoners come into the game with a good record on the road where they have only lost once, to table leaders BUL.
Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in defeat for the visitors who could move to 3rd position from 5th if they win and Kitara fall.
Speaking to the media via club’s social media accounts, Maroons FC captain David Ndihabwe predicts a tough game but ready for hurdle.
“We reached in Adjumani on Monday, we have had good last touches as we prepare to take on Arua Hill. They’re struggling this season but they have started to get points in the previous games especially at home, so we have to give our best and play according to the tactics to make sure that we get positive results.” Said David Ndihabwe
Arua Hill right back Gaddafi Wahab has been a key pillar for the club so far despite the poor performance in general. Wahab has scored tow goals and registered 5 assists making 7 goal-involvement for the defender in 11 games.
Maroons will miss Solomon Walusimbi and Kyebataala Umar due to injuries but the rest of the squad is available for selection.
For Livingstone Mbabazi coached side Arua Hill, they have the entire squad available for selection this evening.
