Stanbic Ug Cup: FUFA Back on Feet, Sets New Dates, Venue For Semifinals, Final

This Monday afternoon, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) sets new dates for Stanbic Uganda Cup semifinals and the final as well.

Before the changes, the Federation had selected the dates between 19th and 31st August 2021 for the semifinals but due to request from Vipers Sports Club for the organizers to push their fixture against Police FC forward and the National team the Cranes Preparations for World Cup Qualifiers forced FUFA to postpone the fixtures.

Today via the Federation official Twitter handle, the new dates from semifinals were set and the format of play plus the venue.

The semifinals will be played between 21st and 22nd September 2021 while the final slated for 26th the same month.

While holding draws at FUFA House Mengo early this month, the fixtures were on a home and away basis but this time round, there are changes.

All games will be honored at one venue, that is FUFA Technical Center Njeru.

New Dates

21st/09/2021 – Police FC vs Vipers SC (3:30pm)

22nd/09/2021 – BUL FC vs Express FC (3:30pm)

Final
