Vipers Continue with their Trademark, Sack Neiva Before Celebrating a Year at the Club

The Uganda premier league reigning champions Vipers Sports Club continued with their trademark of sacking Coaches in shortest period of time in Uganda and they’re to eat the 2023 Christmas without their head coach, Leonard Martins Neiva.

“Vipers Sports Club informs it’s stakeholders and general public that it has by mutual consent ended its contractual relationship with Mr. Leonard Martins Neiva (Head Coach) effective December 23rd, 2023.” The club statement reads in parts. 

Neiva’s last game on Vipers touchline came against league table leaders, BUL football, the home side lost 3-2 on Friday.

“The club would like to thank Neiva for his services during his stay at the Venoms family and wishes him the best in his career development.” 

Neiva joined the Kitende based side this year on 20th June replacing Alex Isabirye Musongola who resigned from that job after winning them the 2022/23 league.

Sacking coaches before completing their first year at the team is part and partial of Vipers Sports Club.
