Eastern Regional League will start in gear as two title contenders, Mbale Garage Football Club play hosts to Admin Football Club in Mbale Municipal Stadium on Friday 10th, December 2021.
After two years of no competition in the region, action returns with two teams yearning for maximum points.
Mbale Garage signed new players like Umar Muhinzi (New young), Marco Bassey (Gadaffi), Umar Kato (Nabitende Young), Martin Monday (MYDA) Rahim Isabirye (Police Young), Stephen Ochora (Police Armless Brigade), Augsitine Muganza (Busei), Fahad Ossujje Mbale Sunset academy
Mbale Garage FC retained some of her key players like Gideon Odongo, Paddy Ochora, Masokoyi Fazar, Wamboga Mane, Yain Kibirige, Umar Mubiri.
Mbale Garage Coaching staff is headed by Sinan Waiswa Wakinyankaali and his assistant Juma Miburo

Visitors in Admin football club will rely on Isaac Kisujju who was their top scorer in 2019/20, Waiswa Cosia who was signed from MYDA FC, Raymond Othieno, experienced Ibrahim Pengere, Abdulrahaman Ajab, Ivan Lubaale, Isaac Doka Mweru, Geoffrey Akena and Zanun Mugoya.
The Tororo based, Admin is under the guidance of Nasibu Nditta as their head coach, Ivan Wani and Kenneth Basimbye.
After opening match, action will continue on Saturday 11th, December with Five match day fixtures in Bukedi group before Nile group kick off on Tuesday 14th this month.
Eastern Region leas has two sub leagues that is Nile and Bukedi group
The winner of the of Easter Regional league will automatically qualify to the second tier, the StarTimes FUFA Big League.
