Prison is a Hell on Earth, Dr. Kizza Besigye Welcomes Back Bobi Wine From Deadly Nalufenya
The former Forum for Democratic Change president and brain behind ‘plan B’ Dr. Kizza Besigye joined the country to welcome back Kyagulanyi Ssentamu from Nalufenya Police detention centre.
Kyagulanyi, the National Unity Platform presidential flag bearer spent 48 hours in Nalufenya Police Detention Centre following his ‘brutal’ arrested on Wednesday 18th day of November 2020.
Under the orders of ASP Frank Mwesigye, the presidential candidate Bobi Wine was arrested while reaching at Luuka district ground where he meant to have a rally.
Today afternoon, Iganga Chief Magistrate, Jessica Chemeri granted a cashless bail to Kyangulanyi who is now at his home at Magerere in Kyadondo East Constituency.
After the restoration of the legislator’s temporary freedom, the four time presidential candidate, Dr. Kizza Besigye Kifeefe sent a welcome back message to Kyagulanyi and he asked him to keep on pushing.
“Well be back @HEBobiwine from the dreaded Nalufenya Police detention centre. Keep keeping on. We shall overcome, by God’s Grace and our unceasing effort!” Besigye on his official twitter handle.
The son Ssentamu, after his released he vowed to start from where he stopped and asked Ugandans especially the oppressed ones to keep the fire burning because the cause of his arrest wasn’t about breaking COVID-19 guidelines but because he came out to lead Ugandans from dictatorship.
