Police Give a Pass To Spice Diana Mega Concert

Uganda Police has cleared Spice Diana a.k.a Namukwaya Hajara live concert scheduled at Cricket Oval Lugogo on 13 January 2023.

According to ‘Regular’ hitmaker, Spice Diana, everything is done with the security and all necessary requirements regarding to the concert are clear.

This time round the police is very strict to each and every concerts within Kampala metropolitan , this resulted after a massive loss of lives at Freedom City towards entering new year 2023 where 10 people died.

Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Afande Luke Owesigire  said that “As Metropolitan we’ve discussed a lot of issues that we later on concluded that the organizers are pretty much ready but not very ready. And on Thursday, we shall be confirming whether they are 100% ready on the meeting we shall be holding with them. We have agreed on a number of issues including things to do with ambulances, things to do with fire brigade to deter any occurrence.”

“We have also talked about the guidelines on how to access the venue. We expect all the revelers to go through access control measures. That is our checkpoints, but we’re still have issues with some musicians who don’t accept to be checked. But we do check them on by force. Of course, sometimes maybe we shouldn’t reach to that extent of forcing a musician. 

We have appealed to them to provide us with a list of the musicians they expect. You should only expect one musician that should be spice Diana on the day, However security survivance will be alert.”
