MADFA Contributes 8M Towards The Construction of Bulange’s Disabilities Route

Masaka Association for people with disabilities has contributed eight millions as part of 11,650,000/= for constructing entering route for people with disabilities at Bulange.

While at Oluwalo event which was held at Bulange Gardens on Tuesiday 20th April, The MADFA executive director Richard Musisi after giving his remarks where he asked for more respect for people with disabilities and also the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi the second to accept people with disabilities who living with HIV as a theme for next year Kabaka’s birthday celebration.

Later the director has handed over the amount to the Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga.

After receiving the money Katikiro has said “People with disabilities are not these with physical disabilities, these people has contributed benefits to their salves and us they are responsible people, we have people with no physical disabilities yet they are disabled.

You can’t compere these people to those alcoholism and rumour vendors” Patagonia’s” they disregard important activities and information and choose to follow baseless information, less important activities today they have paid 8M to construct their route in Bulange “.

This has come as a reply to social media break through concerning the Kabaka’s Healthy condition an Issue which was raised by Mituba ena Buwulukusi Makulubita sub county leader Goliyasi Lumbuye while introducing 8,420,000/= as Oluwalo for Bulemeezi Ssaza (Bulemeezi County) based sub county to the Katikiro.

That amount is a part of 11,395,000/= and a cow which was paid by Bulemeezi sub counties.

On this the Katikiro has said “I thank you for fulfilling our responsibilities, this is the real homeland for every people in Buganda so Luwalo it our debt and one of our cultures which has lasted longer than Uganda. This money helping the Kingdom alot. 10% returns to Gombolola, other percentage goes to Kabaka Education trust (scalar) and Buganda government welfare“

Oluwalo is a weekly event where see people of Buganda paying back the Kingdom and today people from Mituba ena Makulubita, Mituba Munana Kikamulo, Ssabagabo Nakaseke and Ngoma which boundaries with Bunyoro are the Bulemeezi sub counties which paid their Luwalo.
