January transfer window new signing, Paul Kibande opened up his scoring touch to help fire Jinja North United FC to back to back successive league win after defeating Soroti City FC on Friday 10th, March 2023 at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe.

Kibande’s first goal came in the 22nd minute after being set by David Bagoole to shoot past Soroti City FC Goalkeeper, Joshua Okwaput.

The visitors, Soroti City FC, pressed high with entertaining football in the next ten minutes, but Jinja North United FC was so un penetrative.

Jinja North United FC forward Dickson Matama was showed a yellow card for reckless play to Right back, Solomon Okello in the 39th minute.

Paul Kibande doubled the lead for his side, Jinja North United FC, to register a brace on his name after being set by exciting David Bagoole four minutes to halftime break to send the fans into jubilation.

The visitors were forced to double substitution after Ronald Olado got a knock and his place was taken by Vicent Barweda at an hour mark.

20 minutes to final full-time minutes, Jinja North United FC made another double change, Noel Mutebi and Denis Waihe took places of goal scorer, Paul Kibande, and Franco Mugomba respectively.

In the next fixture, Jinja North United FC will pay a visit to Paridi stadium in Adjuman against Adjuman Town Council FC while Soroti City FC will host Lugazi FC at Soroti Municipal Stadium on Thursday 16th March 2023.
