Jose Chameleone Joins Television Business, Wants To Lift The Voiceless
The musician turned a politician Joseph Mayanja joined Broadcasting business with the establishment of Leone television.
Jose Chameleone as he commonly known unleashed a TV station early this week and he said its to give air space to those who are denied chance.
The station located in Makindye dubbed Leone Television and its slogan is #Alaali.
The Kampala Lord Mayor hopeful is saying that this television that hit the waves shall be a stepping stone to those whose lips are covered or denied chance from expressing their rights.

“Not the usual ways!! This is your station, our station, @LeoneTelevison here to lift up so many that have been denied a chance like they did to me.
Let not one person tell or say you can never . It takes just a step and the rest is God’s control, I will defend the voiceless. #Alaali #SOLUTION” Jose Chameleone wrote on his Instagram yesterday.
This will be the first television station to be owned by a Musician in Uganda and its already started testing signals on air waves.
