Impala Hill, NEC Start at Home as Kampala Regional League Returns with Second Round
After two months of rest, the Kampala Regional League returns to action with second round next week with ten fixtures.
The released second round fixture indicates that the league draws back on Wednesday 20th April 2022 and the table leaders from Cobra group, NEC and Impala Hill start from home while the Scorpion group table leaders, Nsambya will be on road visiting bottom placed Bweyogerere while Water will be at home hosting Lufula FC at Kibuli playground.
In Cobra group, the opening fixtures on Wednesday will see, St Mary’s hosting Edgars FC at Nabweru ground, Ggaba will have a short trip to Sendi Ground as they visit Wembley Boys.
The bottom placed Bweyogerere FC will host the table leaders, Nsambya at Bweyogerere Police playground, Fire Fire, Kireka FC will battle it out at Bweyogerere as Water FC host Lufula at Kibuli.
In Scorpion group, the table leaders NEC will host CATIDA FC at Bugoloobi Coffee, Impala Hill at Mulago will play host Ntinda, Black Stars and Kisugu at Lungujja.
KJT FC travel to Kazo Primary School playground to meet Lungujja Galaxy and on Thursday, Industrial Area will host Katwe United at Kazo.
The league is expected to close on Wednesday 1st June 2022 and three teams from each group will be demoted the division four league.
