Gen. Tumukunde Launches Manifesto for Disabled, Threatens To Unmask M7’s Hidden Secrets
The presidential flag bearer of Renewed Uganda, Gen. Henry Tumukunde officially launched his manifesto for people with disabilities especially the deaf and blind.
The one of its kind in history of Uganda’s elections since 1962 for a presidential candidate to have a manifesto that favours people with disabilities.
The manifesto that has great promises to people with disabilities, was launched on 21st December 2020 at Renewed Uganda headquarters in Kololo- Kampala.
“I want to thank our people for remaining persistent, disability is terrible, I was on the stretcher in the bush fighting for Uganda for almost four months, that’s when Oyito Ojok attacked. You can imagine the state of helplessness, that’s why when I meet a person with disability I stand, not because he or she is going to vote for me but I just feel concerned that maybe I can do something, because I got the psychological feeling of those people.” Tumukunde whole addressing peace with disability at Kololo.
Tumukunde revealed to people with disabilities that the government of Uganda and many individuals are not for them but use them to get donations and for their own personal gains. He said that what he and his committee in Renewed Uganda are doing this as a commitment and the time will judge them.
“You are not too few to lead the crusade, this is the commitment, when time comes, we shall be judged by our deeds. You have five MPs but none has ever come out with this proposal (Braille manifesto), they only go there for their own survival.” Tumukunde.
The furious General also threatened to unmask the truth he does know about President Museveni and his NRM party, Tumukunde says that Museveni uses old tactics to manipulate Ugandans to make them believe a lie as a real truth.
“But you see this is a mastered design which I know myself, they forget that I know. But this is a phased out tackle, think it’s getting time that these dirty tactics must be exposed and I am serious on this.
We shall start telling Ugandans the truth that we happen to know.” Furious Tumukunde said before adding.
“If you don’t stop your habit of small gains, you have seen Red paper already, that’s the newspaper, that was running bankrupt,I am the one who helped them, now they are being used to lie Ugandans that the opinion polls give Museveni 55% and they give me 02%, can you imagine! Evenif I was to depend on these disability votes, I don’t think that I can get 2%.

The people with disabilities vowed to support Tumukunde because he is the only presidential candidate who has them in program and believe that his manifesto is sweet for them, like constructing them houses especially to those who also financially unstable, increase of their salary and reduction on taxes imposed against them and other many issues.
