Partnerships will be very key for us, we would want to get a place where we can put a full home of Cricket where we can actually host Internationals, the good thing we have started on that and we are looking for land, we would want to see our teams go professional, we want to maintain the unite we already have with clubs, we want to maintain and even add on our financial sustainability, so those are some of the key things we want to go with in our two year’s term. Said Micheal Nuwagaba.

Nuwagaba who went through unopposed in the elections held at Kati Kati Restaurant Lugogo last week on Saturday, applauded the performance of his Predecessor, Bashir Badu Ansasira, and out of ten, Michael gave the former nine.

If we to get to do the 360 of he last four years where we had Bashir as our chair, we have covered a lot of ground, and one that is Paramount is around unite.” Nuwagaba confessed before adding. “We have been able to open up many partnerships, with Oman, Qatar, India, MBI and many are still in pipeline.”

Through his term, there was a lot of strengthening of our financial systems and this as well gave us some good momentum in terms of budgetary control.

So these are some of the things we want to carry forward to ensure that the fraternity goes strong.

I think overall, if I am to weigh in continum of ten, he has 9/10.

So we want it keep the momentum and hopefully at the end of the two years, we will be judged the same way ore even better.” Micheal
