Buganda Regional League:Bugerere United Vie for Home Redemption against Kakiri TC

Uganda Sports Arena FC/Bugerere United returns to Ntenjeru Ssaza Ground in search for an immediate response in the Buganda Regional League, Katonga Group, with Kakiri Town Council FC the visitors.

Bugerere United FC last two outings have resulted in humiliating losses to Lukaya Town Council FC in Bulakkati and Ntungasaze FC at Mityana Ssaza Ground by 2-0 and 4-1 respectively.

With just one (1) victory in four (4) games and only Four (4) goals in the time, a response is needed against Kakiri Town Council FC.

The United For Purpose have looked disjointed and out of sorts since their sole victory which came against Kajjansi United FC away from home and now all attention must remain on the visitors.

Kakiri Town Council FC are in the midst of top of the table battle as they sit in the 3rd position with Twelve (12) points from Six (6) games, adrift of goal difference separating them with the second placed side, Ntungasaze FC.

Meanwhile, Uganda Sports Arena/Bugerere United FC is in the relegation zone with three (3) points from four (4) games played on their name. Only goal difference separate them from Entebbe FC who have played one more game.

Having lost their only home game, which came against Katonga Group leaders, Entebbe Pride FC, Bugerere United FC looks to have no room for complacency against Kakiri Town Council FC.

Elsewhere Katonga Group, Buwambo United FC hosts Kiwanga United FC in Buwambo, Entebbe FC visits Nyendo FC at Kalagala Primary School in Lyantonde, Super Eagles Lugongwe take on Masaka City at Kassanda Ssaza Ground well as Ntungasaze FC visits Kajjansi United FC at Uganda Clays.

In Ssezibwa Group, other Kayunga side, Synergy/Kayunga Town Council FC visits Lugazi Stars FC in Buikwe, Wobulenzi United host Kira United FC, Manyangwa FC take on Free Stars FC at Gayaza Church – Lufula, Bajjo United will be up against Buikwe Red Stars FC.

Action will resume on Tuesday as Young Simba FC battles Simba FC at Bombo Military Barracks.
