Bika By’Abaganda Football: Engo ‘Eats’ Mbwa ‘Uncooked’ Before The Sight of His Majesty

In his county, Bulemeezi, the Buganda Kingdom Kabaka, His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has on Saturday officially opened the 2022 Bika football tournament.

The opening fixture was honored at Kasana Playground Luweero and Engo beat Mbwa 4-2 after fulltime.

Ssenabulya Frank and Ssekiranda Derick and Mutesaasira Jonathan scored for Ngo while goals for Mbwa came from Bagenda Ivan.

Ssenabulya had a brace on the day for Ngo before Ssekiranda Derick a d Mutesaasira Jonathan added theirs, Bagenda also scored a brace but wasn’t enough to rescue his side.

Kasana ground was full to capacity as the subjects from Bulemeezi welcoming their king.

Mbogo clan are the defending champions, they beat Kobe in 2019.

Meanwhile, in Netball, Embwa beat Ngo by one after a final score of 26-25 at the same venue, Kasana.
