Appreciation: Kityo Sarah Foundation Awards Best Humanitarian with a Trip to a Country of Her Choice
Since it’s their main aim to help others and see them with bright future and smile, Kityo Sarah Foundation has awarded the best humanitarian with a one week trip to a country of her choice.
The philanthropist who landed on this trip is the 20 year old female Ugandan and a student at Kampala International University, Patience Mulungi who is pursuing a degree in Social Work and Social Administration.
This caring and loving daughter of the land, did a lot of heart touching activities in the country especially during the COVID-19 pandemic era in 2020 and 2021.


The notable act that made her to win the rest on this offer is the one in 2021 when she landed on two twins for a helpless mother and she influenced her family to take care of the kids despite the fact that they had no relationship or any crucial of where they roots from.
Mulungi’s family accepted to take care of the kids [twins] who were malnutritious but the biggest responsibility was on Mulungi to see that these kids bounces back to right healthy condition.

With the love she showed to the kids, her Parents who resides in Maya, Wakiso District asked Mulungi to even bring the other four kids and their mother.
Mulungi and family took care of the kids and their mother for at least two years.

“Our main objective is to find all the reasons that make human being help and in good condition, having such humanitarians in the country, it motivates, it pushes us to work more, in the same like, we see it important to appreciate those who help others.” Says Hon. Babirye Kityo Sarah, the president of the KIFO.
“We have awarded her with a Trip to a country of her choice, we are going to sponsor that trip to the fullest.” She added.
wow ..this is Mulungi Patience my classmate at Uganda Christian University ..she was head of children’s department at Sarah Kityo foundation..she is really so compassionate about children..my little niece Amara always wants to see her again
