Admin FC Reshapes for Next Season, Approves a Budget of Approximately ugx 100M
Tororo: The Eastern region league side, Admin Football Club held the first ever management meeting this year on Sunday at Rock Classic Hotel- Tororo where they laid strong strategies that will professionalize their team.
Admin narrowly failed to storm FUFA second tier league, the FUFA Big League when the lost to Gadafi football Club on Eastern regional League playoffs held at Njeru Technical Center-Buikwe.
Basing on that background, the management decided to have a meeting to clean off their house before the new season kick off and lay strategies that will turn them a professional club even when they are still in lower division.
“Today we have had our first management meeting to make sure that we clean our house where we went wrong in past days since Admin started. This meeting was purposely to have new strategy for Admin FC to make sure that this season we run in a very much professional way compared to the way we have been that’s why we have come with a management of 20 people run that team and bring it to the front page.” Admin FC President, Owori Henry told this website after the meeting.
The President also said that they are trying their level best to see that the team is on ground in community because it’s a community team and the club CEO, Bernard Okecho based in an interview with this website to call upon the locals and supporters of football in Tororo to continue give any kind of support to the team.
“We re-branded our team to make it a nice looking club, so we call upon our supporters to come and support us in any way they can, we are aiming at qualifying to Big League because we are well prepared this time.” Club CEO said.
In the same meeting, the management approved a budget of 91,300,000 shillings for the new season.
The club has only released on Player, that is Marco Bassey who joined Mbale Garage Football Club but the side recruited six, Ivan Lubaale, Ajab Abdulahuman (Mbale Garage FC) , Eric Nyegwe, George Nabbasa (CRO FC), Ibrahim Laci (Zzana), Ismail Ssekatindde (Free Agent), Zanunu Mugoya (Bugwere FC).
Aaron Okoth, Isaac Bakole, Raymond Othieno all fresh from 2020 Buganda Masaza Cup in Mawogola and Club’s last season top scorer Isaac Kisujju were retained.
