Rays of Grace Institution proved doubters wrong as a football powerhouse in the Country following their outstanding performance in the Inaugural Njeru Corporate League day one which was held on Sunday 27th, March at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.

The Kirugu based Institution, Rays of Grace is positioned number one out of the Fourteen (14) Institution who tussled out in Two sporting discipline, Football and Tag of War over the weekend.

Rays of grace came from Two (2) goals down to edge Source of Nile Fish Farm by 3-2 scoreline. The Institution Director came from a bench to register a brace on his name while coach Alimiah Kato Ssenyange converted a penalty to help the side collect maximum points.

In the next match, Rays of Grace thumped Busoga One Radio (90.6 FM) by 4-0. Mbuga Swaibu, Coach Morgan Kibuuka, Teacher Benard Mutebe and Manager Eka all scored one to defeat helpless Busoga One.

Their 3rd win came against Njeru Corporates, with both sides entering the pitch unbeaten.
