Masaza Cup 2022: Buddu Sinks Again, Kyadondo Secures Important Points

The defending champions of Buganda Masaza Cup, Buddu Ssaza suffered another defeat in this year’s edition following a 2-1 loss on road against Kyadondo Ssaza.

Ramathan Mwanga and Samuel Kayondo scored for Kyadondo to secure maximum points that moved them to second place in the group. 

Allan Sserunga scored Buddu’s consolation as they suffered a second consecutive defeat and they remain on 4 points after four games.

The game that saw Buddu suffering was honored on Sunday at YMCA Buwambo play ground.

The defending champion, BUDDU have only one win in four games and one draw they collected Mawogola in the season opener played at Masaka Recreation ground.

In other games, Bulemeezi beat Bugerere 2-1 at Ntenjeru Kayunga while Gomba at home convincingly beat Mawokota 3-1 before Kyaggwe registered 1-0 away victory against Busujju.
