Video: Musician Cindy Sanyu Blasts Govt Over Allowing Foreigners To Hold Concerts In Uganda When Locals Are Banned, Accepted To Be A Hooligan

New been circulating on social media platforms showing a Nigerian upcoming artist, having a fully packed concert in Munyonyo and yet the music concerts are still under total ban due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The ‘King herself’, Cinderella Sanyu, one of the top female musicians in Uganda came out via her Facebook two and half minutes video and blasts government over showing double standards and hiding in COVID-19 to suffocate Ugandans.

The former Blue3 super star, went on and accepted to be a hooligan who can come out and speak the truth, though the government wants them silent.

Music concerts and bars were the first activities to be banned in Uganda, and the industry has been down for over nine months but the government is still silent on when the the ban will be lifted.

Not only Cindy but the Hip Hop star Gravity Omutujju was also not happy with what happened at Munyonyo where the foreigner held a full concert  over the weekend while revellers keeping no set SOPs.
