UMEA Solidarity Games: Defending Champions, Ngando, Hosts Kawanda SS B to Battle on Final

With the seemingly successful tournament climaxing on Easter Monday, defending champion Ngando SS from Butambala set to meet on final with the hosts, Kawanda SS B to decide the winner of the day.

Ngando SS returned to defend the trophy they won in 2019. Everything is still move by the plans after a smooth run to final where they are tasked to face this years host.

The team which seems to be changed a lot has won all games from the first game of the group stage on Friday.

Ngando SS defeated Hamdan Islamic in Quarterfinal before beating Madina Islamic 32-27 at semis also played today at Kawanda.

To reach final, Kawanda B defeated stunning new Greenlight Islamic SS 20-16 at quarter final round before stopping Kibuli SS at Semi final.

Both team has produced an eye catching performances along their way to final despite Ngando SS looks like having a slight upper hand in a final which is scheduled to take place on 9th April 2023 noon time at Kawanda SS.
