Uganda Joins the World to Commemorate International Awareness Autism Day

Uganda joined the rest of the world to commemorate the International Awareness Autism Day and the event was held at Kati Kati Restaurant Lugogo on Tuesday.
The United Nations in 2007 decided to start celebrating the day aimed at creating the awareness to public about the autism and since then, the world have been commemorating the day and join joined the race. Hon. Asamo Hellen Grace, State minister in charge of people with disabilities was the guest of honor.
However, the following day, Wednesday the Genuine Kunga Therapy Health company continued with the celebrations at the same venue, they have been in existence for at least thirteen years and over ten thousand patients have been recovered in Africa and in Uganda over twenty patients have been recovered.
Gad Kirenga, Genuine Kunga CEO revealed the factos that bring the autism disease and how to trace it.
“This disease called Autism can be caused by being born to old parents or experiencing complications at birth and it can be caused by natural factors like over working by pregnant mothers or even stressed pregnant mothers.”
He added that this disease can be detected at 18 month of old child and by this age symptoms starts to come out before the age of 3-yrs and it can last throughout a persons life although symptoms may improve over time.
This company treats this disease with out tablets but use of hands and statistics show that out of 100 children, seven of them are autistic
The treatment can take a maximum of 42-48 weeks for a patient below 5 years to recover and it depends on the time the parent have to his or her child, this is because they treat 3 times in the week.
The state Minister for Disabilities Hon. Asamo Hellen grace on the same occasion appreciated Genuine therapist the good work they have done for the country Uganda and Hon. Said that ” Is a good start for Austim recognized in the country and working together now is success to suppress Autism in Uganda and as a government we are ready cooperate with such companies like Genuine Kunga Therapy Health company and other companies at least to eliminate such disease from our people”. Through the use of this therapy people living with such disability can have their lives greatly improved through increasing their energy levels.
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability caused by differences in the brain. People with ASD often have problems with social communication and interaction, and restricted or repetitive behaviors or interests. People with ASD may also have different ways of learning, moving, or paying attention.
And some of symptoms to identify the the affected child is having spine pain or back pain, joint pain and also shoulder pain . And the way to treat it is by the use joint attention therapy and also behavioral management therapy or even to keep them in schools .
