Netball: “I am Using my Connections to Find these Girls Jobs”, Jodana Boss on How She Cranes Players got Deals in Malaysia

On Thursday this website published a story of the four She Cranes players who traveled to Malaysia for professional tests in two Super League clubs in Asia.

The four players include; Shooters, Shadia Nassanga from KCCA Netball Club, Christine Namulumba Kango from Prisons Netball Club, defenders, Kadondi Falidah from Weyonje Netball Club and Shaffie Nalwanja from KCCA Netball Club.

Many have been wondering how these these players got connections in Asia where thy believe Netball is still virgin.

This website landed at the brain behind the move of the four and is the boss of Jodana Sports Management as well as the head UNF marketing department, Daniel Ntale Kisseka who revealed how the players got deals in Malaysia.

“I am doing marketing for the federation and my company does marketing for individual players I manage.” Ntale stated.

“I came into Netball and signed these players and I promised them to market them so I am doing my work. I have done this with Male footballers, women footballers and now it’s Netballers and the good thing these girls have performed.” He added 

“Asia is where I played my professional football so I am using my connections to find jobs for the girls.” Ntale revealed how the deal came about.

“Netball is on the rise with our good performance we have to try all avenues and make use of this moment.

My company is targeting all Netball professional leagues, we have a lot of talents in Uganda who have to benefit from their God given talents to me this is more than business it’s a calling from God.” 

Uganda She Cranes had a better performance in the 2023 Netball World Cup held in South Africa and Ntale believes, this is the time to find market for the girls when the opportunities are still available.

Jordan Sports Management has more than ten netball players who are under it’s management.
