Masaza Cup 2020: Kiberu Tony, Luseda On Target as Bugerere Beat Former Champions For a Sweet Start

It’s a sweet start for Bugerere as they comfortably beat 2008 champions, Kyadondo in the Masengere group opening game played at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru on Thursday afternoon.

Tony Kiberu and supersub, Wycliffe Luseda were on target on the day for Bugerere Saza to secure three points on the day.

Following Kyadondo’s goalie, Muhindo Aristoti kiddish error granted Tony Kiberu free opportunity to give Bugerere a lead, one minute to quarter an hour.

Kyadondo tried to get back in the game before halftime but Ssali Andy’s boys in defence provided to be more organized than the Kaggo’s attacking duo.

Substitute, Luseda Wycliffe who came in for Ndugwa Swaibu in second half, sealed the victory for Bugerere with 88th minute tap in.

Currently Bugerere tops Masengere group with three pointer two goals.

Kooki and Mawokota shall come in at 3pm for their matchday one fixture.
