FIFA Badge: Futsal Referees Among those To Undergo Physical Fitness Test

The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) set to conduct the physical fitness test for referees in September. 

And seven Futsal Super League Referees have been nominated by the Association to participate in the FIFA Physical Fitness Referees test due to take place at Makerere University Football ground, Kampala on Friday 2nd September 2022.

The referees nominated are Nsubuga Brian Emmy, Sengendo Isaac, Mulindwa Ismail, Hassan Majidu, Rashider Adams and Namukisa Docus

The exercise, that will start at exactly 7am and end at 10am will help FUFA to identify and nominate referees for the 2023 FIFA Badges.

The Chairman of FUFA Referees Standing Committee Brain Miiro Nsubuga will be the chief instructor of the day and will be assisted by Physical Instructors Kalyango Ali, Kizito Rahuman Nansubuga, Mawanda Haruna Ndawula and Kayondo Samuel.

Last year, Brian Emmy Nsubuga and Isaac Sengendo were the two Futsal Super League Referees among the 23 Ugandan referees who were handed 2022 FIFA Badges.

Current FIFA referees (23) and 22 National referees selected from the 8 FUFA regions.
Fustal and Beach soccer referees are also included.
