FEASSA Games 2025: Kawempe Muslim, St Noa Girls Share Spoils on Day Three

The three time FEASSA Games champions, Kawempe Muslim SS registered another draw and it came against the tournament’s defending champions St. Noa Girls SS.
The tie characterized by high levels of physicality, tempo and protests ended 0-0 at Kakamega High School grounds on Saturday.

Kawempe Muslim finished the game without their head coach Ayub Khalifa Kiyingi after being shown matching orders few minutes after half time restart.
Kawempe technical team on several occasions contested the centre referees decisions that went against their side including the notable penalty appear that came five minutes before the halftime break, Dorcus Kisakye was fouled in the forbidden area but the centre referee waved for a play on.

The draw takes Kawempe Muslim to two points in Group A after their first goalless draw against Kenya’s Madira Girls SS.
National and defending champions St. Noa Girls have moved to four points in the same group.
The Zana based side won emphatically by 6-0 over Rwanda’s PSBB Huye in their opener.
In the other encounter, Uganda’s number two Amus College School have thumped debutants Boni-Consili 4-0.
Vicky Atyeronimungu, Faith Akol, Edina Wanda and an own goal saw the Bukedea District based side registering their maiden win in this year’s tournament.
Amus College have now moved to four points after their goalless draw against Kenya’s Butere in their opening match.
Newbies Boni-Consili remains winless after losing their opener by 1-0 to Butere.
