Capacity Building: HFF, Rays of Grace Staff Undergo Integrated Training.

As a move aimed at matching up with competition in the business World, Hoffman Family Foundation (HFF) and its product Rays of Grace held an integrated internal training session to ensure all Staff are fit and in right state of mind to execute their duties as assigned by the company.

The internal training was held on Tuesday 13th, April 2021 at Rays of Grace Campus found in Kirugu Village, Njeru Municipality, Buikwe District.

25 Staff from all the three projects that is Hoffman Family Foundation, Rays of Grace Junior School and Rays of Grace Academy turned up for the training.

In the training, Staff were taken through identification, attraction, getting and keeping Customers as away to get Revenue for the Projects.

With stiff competition the business World and different project HFF and Rays of Grace operates, Roberts Kiwanuka the executive director HFF and Rays of Grace Junior/Academy believes that such trainings are vital to their staff.

“HFF and Rays of Grace are involved in many projects and in the process People with different ideas and so we need to know how to handle them”.

Joseph Balikuddembe the head teacher Rays of Grace Junior School says. “It will help all the staff from the two departments know that Rays of Grace Junior School and the Academy are Sisters from one Parent Hoffman Family Foundation”.

“Getting such information and Training from our Bosses will always create and mend relationships between all members in the projects”. Added Balikuddembe

“After the training I have come to know that every worker in business is a stakeholder meaning he/she must be involved in sourcing income to keep company excelling. Said Vincent Kivumbi the Finance Manager

” Everything in the company is run by Finances so to add on what we have been knowing the finance team must implement all policies”. Added Kivumbi

“In getting and maintaining Customers all Workers must speak the same language from top (Bosses) to everyone (Employees) and we can only be there when such trainings are staged”. Stated Mbuga Swaibu the Communications Director Rays of Grace

Hoffman family Foundation was led by Executive director Mr. Roberts Kiwanuka, Program Assistant Madam Sarah Kiwanuka, Human Resource Madam Loretta Namagembe, Finance Manager Mr. Kivumbi Vincent, Sponsorship Coordinator Mr. Vincent Mawejje.

On the side of the School Administration in attendance were Head teacher Joseph Balikuddembe, Administrator Bazzanye Matthew, Director of Studies Kasaggi Lawrence and upper class Teachers who are currently at School.
