Buganda Schools Sports Calendar Is Out, Activities to Commence Mid June

The Buganda Schools Sports Activity calendar has been released to the school heads and concerned parties and it’s set to commence mid this month with a one days workshop at Bulange Mengo.

According to letter dated 6th June 2023 and released to schools, indicates that the 2023 edition of many games will start with a one day workshop for the organizers, School games teachers and coaches and this event is set to be held on 15th June 2023 at Bulange Mengo, starting at 9am.

The primary schools and secondary schools are the eligible entities to take part in the tournament.

This year will grace six sports disciplines which include; Football for primary and secondary schools, football girls and boys, the senior one and senior football, Netball for primary and secondary, Handball boys and girls of secondary schools and primary schools, Handball boys and girls for secondary schools, Basketball boys and girls for secondary schools, woodball for secondary and primary, boys and girls.

According to the calendar, the tournament will see it’s climax on 4th August 2023 at the venue yet to be confirmed.
