Uganda Sports Arena/Bugerere United Football Club shared spoils with Kakiri Town Council FC in a barren draw at their return to home venue on Sunday 10th, December at Ntenjeru Ssaza Ground, Kayunga.
Uganda Sports Arena FC returned home targeting maximum points against spirited Kakiri Town Council FC but only managed to earn a point.
Uganda Sports Arena FC had a chance to get an early lead when Issa Emmanuel Mugoya scored, but the assistant referee cancelled it over offside on a quarter an hour mark.
There would be another chance for the home side in 25th minute when players yearned for a penalty over a handball offence, but they were awarded a corner kick.
Kakiri Town Council FC open scoring opportunity came 10 minutes to the final whistle, but home side Goalkeeper, Sulaiman Kibalama punched the ball over the bar.
“We have many Positives from this game because we have got our first home point at our home venue and also this is our first game that we have not conceded a goal in þhe league so we can not just take it for granted”. Said Andama Siraje, the head coach, Bugerere United FC

A point takes Bugerere United to Four (4) points, and they are now out of red zone while Kakiri Town Council FC maintain their 3rd position in the Buganda Regional League, Katonga Group.
In the next game, Uganda Sports Arena/Bugerere United Fc will pay a visit to Uganda Clays – Kajjansi playground against Kiwanga United FC while Kakiri Town Council Fc will host Kajjansi United FC at Gombolola Kakiri on the same date.
In Ssezibwa Group, Kayunga based side, Synergy/Kayunga Town Council FC lost her first game in the league failing 2-1 to Lugazi Stars FC at Buikwe Stadium.
The result means it is only Manywangwa FC, Entebbe Pride and Super Eagles Lugongwe who are yet to lose a match in the ongoing Buganda Regional league.
