Bbaale Constituency Legislator Appointed on Parliamentary Regional Taskforce Committee on COVID-19
After being appointed as the shadow minister of Animal industry and Fisheries by the leader of Opposition, Mathias Mpuuga, Bbaale Constituency legislator in the 11tg Parliament, Hon. Charles Tebandeke given another task of monitoring government programs on Covid-19.
With the powers entrusted in her via Article 79 of the Constitution, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Anita Amongi has appointed regional taskforce Committees to monitor National COVID19 taskforce works.
These will also monitor all the Regional Parliamentary Taskforce Teams but they are not to get any cash from the Parliament like it was in the first lockdown.
