Stanbic Uganda Cup: Title Favorites, BUL Learn Semifinal Opponent

The semifinal draws for the 50th edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup were held on Monday morning at FUFA Complex in Mengo. 

The title favorites and 2022 winners, BUL FC has been drawn against Police FC tormentors, NEC FC club while the Royals from Kitara were pitted against the only lower division side still in the race, Pajule Lions FC. 

The draws indicated that Kitara FC will host the first leg which is slated to be held between 27th and 28th April 2024 at Masindi Stadium in Masindi. 

In the same line, BUL FC will host the first fixture at FUFA Technical Complex Njeru between 27th and 28th April before the return leg on the date to be communicated later. 

To reach this stage, the Abbey Kikomeko charges eliminated KCCA FC, Kitara FC dumped out defending champions Vipers SC, NEC beat last season finalists, Police FC while Pajule Lions beat Pakwach Young Stars FC.
