USSSA Qualifiers: Kawempe Muslim Still Exceptional, Kazo Hill vies for Regional Slot

The day two of the USSSA Kawempe Division Qualifiers climaxed today, Tuesday at Kawempe Muslim SS playground.
The hosts, Kawempe Muslim SS continued to be an exceptional side after convincing winning two games on day two, scoring ten goals and conceding none.
For starters, the Kawempe Division Qualifiers kicked off yesterday, Monday at the same venue and three games were honored and the games will climax on Friday before getting the two division representatives.
Seven schools took part in these qualifiers, Kawempe Muslim SS, the hosts, Kazo Hill, Makerere College, Caltec Academy, Gaddafi Integrated Academy, Central College, Highland SS and they are playing in a round robin format.
Kawempe Muslim SS and Gaddafi Integrated Academy opened the day, the former beat the latter 5-0. They also had the same uniform score while beating their next opponent in Central College.

Ryan Ssekitooleko was on target twice, Aaron Okello, Gatlok Buom and Mutebi Abdulrahuman were also on the score sheet as Kawempe beat Central College.
On Monday, Kawempe Muslim played one game against Makerere College to which they won 4-1, this means Ayub Khalifah coached side has so far scored 14 goals, conceded one, on top of the table with nine points.
Another unbeaten side so far in the championship is Kazo Hill who have seven points in three played fixtures, the shared spoils in their opening fixture against Highland SS on Monday.

The side beat Caltec Academy 1-0, courtesy of Kyalo Charles strike and the extended their winning streak with a 2-0 victory against Makerere College, Kyalo Charles was again on target and Muwanika Elifazi.
Highland SS is another school in contest for the two slots Kawempe division has at Regional level, the Kisaasi based side has four points in two games, they beat Central College 2-0 in their Tuesday fixture, Kimuli Mustafa and Male Shafik scored their two goals.

Caltec Academy also got three points today when their beat Gaddafi Integrated 2-0, Sebatta Mudasiru and Kisembo Don Mark scored for them. Making Gaddafi Integrated Academy and Makerere College as the only two sides among the seven teams without a point.
Wednesday is going to be a resting day then game will resume on Thursday and climax on Friday at the same venue.
