Kampala Regional League: Newcomers Mutungo Continue to Challenge the Status Quo, Edge Edgars to fo Third

The Kampala Regional League newcomers, Mutungo FC continued to show that they came to challenge not to participate, the side beat nine man Edgars Youth Programme on Thursday at Luzira Prison Grounds.
The Talib Yokole only strike collected Mutungo the three maximum points to move third on the log.
Talibu Yokole netted in the 82nd minute and moved his tally to two goals in two consecutive matches.
Mutungo FC who last won over Katereke New Life 2-1 and drew at two successive outings 4-4 with Black Stars and 1-1 with CATIDA FC returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory.
The win moved Mutungo FC to
15 point reaching 3nd position after 7 match just a point behind Water FC who is one game ahead.
Mutungo’s Herbert Ndyanabo first had a chance to hand a lead to his team but missed penalty in 79th minute.
The penalty came as a result of James Lomokol grabbing Manisul Said’s ball after beating goalkeeper.
Lokomol was showed a red which led Edgars down to 9 players following Moses Mukisa second book able dismissal ten minutes earlier.
The win came in as a boost ahead of busy schedule of 4 games in 14 days.
