Golf Kenya: Nsubuga To Challenge Karanga For 2023 Kiambu Open.

The 2023 Uganda’s Amateur golf champion and the month of October real stars award winner, Godfrey Nsubuga is set to travel to Kenya for Kiambu Amateur golf open set for mid this month.
Nsubuga is expected to go by road on Wednesday and he is to have at least 600km, more than 13 hours in transit.
The event to have the prize money to the winners of of at least $1000 us under the organization of Kenya Golf Union and the court set to be at Kiambu Golf Club.
The two days event was slated to tee off on 18th and to climax on 19th November 2023.
“I have never played the course before, so I want to go one day before and I do some practice before the main event.” Says Godfrey Nsubuga.
“Am looking forward to playing well in Kenya”, Nsubuga set targets.
At the event Michael Karanga is expected to be a man to challenge, the Kiambu Golf club main man has been supurb in this tournament, winning some good number of events and recently collected Karen Golf challenge.
“Yes,they are good players I have always played with them” Nsubuga said.
Mike Nyangi will also be a task for Nsubuga as the Kiambu captain is enjoying his golfing life this year.
Nsubuga who has so far played at 20 opens in 2023 has not finished above 4th Position bessment for him to manage the Kiambu competition.
The Kiambu Open have categorized into Juniors, Women’s and Professionals and shall apply a maximum of 1,000$ prize money per Amateur Event as it is guided by World Golf Union.
