Pepsi UFL: ISBAT Still Learners, Get Lectures from Two Time Champion, Kampala University

International Science, Business And Technology University (ISBAT) still on such for their first point in the league but at least not today following a 3-0 defeat against Kampala University in the game honored on Saturday at Luzira Prison grounds.
Since they are newcomers in the Pepsi University Football League, they got tough lectures from the two time league champions, Kampala University who completed a double against the latter in group F.
Nsubuga Benjamin, Kiwewa Raymond and Wabomba Emmanuel scored the three goals that sunk ISBAT hopes of getting a point in the league.
Like they did in the reverse fixture at Buwambo, Kampala University got an early goal through Nsubuga Benjamin who headed in the ball that ISBAT defense failed to clear from the danger zone, the goal came in the 9th minute of first half.
Five minutes to half time break, Kiwewa Raymond with a well taken spot kick doubled the lead for Vicent Tumusiime side.
In second half, ISBAT tried to contain the game not to concede another goal and this worked for the side for at least 30 minutes until they gave in at the 83rd minute mark when substitute, Wabomba Emmanuel single handedly drove the ball from the centre half and had a scorcher from at least 25 yards from the goal to extend the lead for hosts to three goals.
The win moved Kampala University to nine points, topping the group and only a point on road against Bishop Stuart University, their last group game will secure them a slot in quarters of the 11th edition.
ISBAT University so far has lost all their three group games, lost 3-1 in opener against Bishop Stuart University in Mbarara, lost 2-0 against Kampala University at home in Buwambo and the reverse fixture of 3-0 that held today at Luzira Prison grounds.
The league will resume on Sunday when Nkumba University will be hosting International University of East Africa at Nkumba.
These are return legs following the climax of first round on Friday.
