Sir Mwesigwa Unveiled As Whispers Brand Ambassador
Renowned media personality, Sir Grace Mwesigwa, has been named by Whispers Magical International School of Nursing Excellence as their official brand ambassador.
The institution say that the decision to sign the agreement with the famous talk show host is informed by the brand’s desire to enhance clients’ engagement and endear more students to join the nursing school.
Sir Mwesigwa’s unveiling at a press conference staged at the institution in Jinja.
The institution’s choice of Sir Grace Mwesigwa as the face of the brand seeks to create connecting similarities between their target audience and acceptance, with both brands (Whisper and Sir Mwesigwa) serving mass markets.
Whispers are now running a hospital and a nursing school, with all facilities situated at the heart of Jinja City.
Sir Grace Mwesigwa, on the other hand, moderates popular talk shows on 89Smart FM and NBS Radio, rolling out candid debates on political, social and economic issues which the ‘common’ people relate with.
Sir Mwesigwa, after the unveiling, expressed his profound joy to walk the new and hopefully exciting journey with Whispers.
“This is more than a mere partnership. It is a relationship that could bring development and create more professional nurses to our audiences. I look forward to the great things we will do together in the days ahead,” Sir Mwesigwa said.

“We are excited to work with Sir Grace and to have him as our brand ambassador. He actually mirrors the integrity and professionalism that we steadfastly follow at Whispers,” Mr William Katuramu, the Human Resource Manager at Whispers, said.
Dr Offong Emem, the nursing school’s coordinator, invited parents to bring their sons and daughters to Whisper Magical International School of Nursing Excellence, and he also revealed that the school shall train students using local and international curricula.
“They (students) will sit for UK (United Kingdom) exams in addition to the Ugandan exams,” Dr Offong.
The institution has started with a Diploma in General Nursing, which is given to those who excelled at A’ level for direct entry, and also extension for those with certificates. The institution is located at Plot 32 Madhivan, Jinja.
