After the official opening match which saw defending champions Bulemeezi playing to a one all  draw against Butambala, Buganda Masaza Cup continues with day two fixture from the same group (Butikkiro).

On menu two time winners Ssingo (2015 and 2018) battle it out against 2011 champions Buluuli in an afternoon duel at the Artificial turf FUFA Technical Center in Njeru

Both teams will be yearning for maximum points to go top of the table capitalising on Bulemeezi’s stalemate.

Buluuli is under the guidance of Kyagulanyi Shafick the Vice Chairman Technical following the absence of their head coach Noah Mugerwa and his Assistant Peter Ssibo who tested positive to COVID-19.

Kyagulanyi has served the 2011 champions for over Nine (9) years.

He (Kyagulanyi) was the General secretary of the Management committee when Buluuli being crowned champions in 2011 after beating Buleemezi on final.

Kyagulanyi as the Chairman of the Management committee his side Buluuli reached semi finals of the 2013 championship losing to Mawokota 1-0 on average the later went ahead to win the championship.

Ssingo is under the tutalage of Rays of Grace Academy Chief Scouting officer and Coach Michael Kabali.

Kabali is not new to the 2015, 2018 champions as he has been on the coaching staff of Ssingo under Coach Shafick Bisaso.
