USSSA: Eight Mukono District Schools to Battle For SemiFinal Slots on Wednesday

After the draws for the quarter finals of the ongoing Mukono Secondary schools Post Primaries were made on Monday 21st, March 2022, the action is set to take place on Wednesday 23rd, March 2022 at Kasawo.
According to the fixtures, Kasawo Secondary School Playgrounds will host the encounter between Dynamic Secondary School and Latifah Islamic School in the morning before the hosts, Kasawo Secondary School and Mbalala Secondary School lock horns.
At Seat of Wisdom Kasawo Playgrounds, Mpoma Royal College will face off with Midland High School in the opening match before Mukono Kings High School takes on Bishop`s Secondary School Mukono in the afternoon.
The winner between Dynamic Secondary School and Latifah Islamic School will battle the winner between Mbalala Secondary School and Kasawo Secondary School at semifinal level at Kasawo SS Playgrounds.
The second semi final will see the winner between Mpoma Royal College and Midland High School meet the winner between Bishop`s SS Mukono and Mukono Kings high School. The game will be played at Seat of Wisdom Kasawo Playgrounds.
Meanwhile in the afternoon after break of Boys Football, the games will be spiced up by lunchtime special where Girls Football will hit the field of Play at all the host venues.
Here, Bishop`s Secondary School Mukono Girls team will take on Seat Of Wisdom Girls team at Seat of Wisdom Playgrounds while Fairland/Merrill battle Shape High School at Kasawo Secondary School Playgrounds. All games will kick off at 1:50PM.

With Dynamic Facing Latifah Islamic in quarter finals, and if they make it to semi final they will either face Mbalala SS or Kasawo Islamic.
Can the best losers be the best of all?
Mpoma Royal College and Midland High School qualified to quarter finals as best loser due to the face that Twelve (12) Schools had made it to the last round played. Now that the two teams were drawn to face each other, it is a must one of the two will make it to semi finals but the question is can they advance.
Are The Tusimbudde Boys Really Set?
Mukono Kings High School after winning all their games on the return of post Primaries in zonal qualifiers played at Nagalama, the School set a slogan termed “Tusimbudde Boys” meaning they have set off. In the next round, the Boys had to show maturity against Mpoma Royal College to automatically earn a slot in quarter finals.
Against Neighbors in Bishop`s Secondary School Mukono, they will be out to prove worthy the Tusimbudde Boys.
As it has been in the past years, Mukono will have Two (2) teams represent the District in the Greater Mukono Region which also have Kayunga District, Buvuma and Buikwe District.
Greater Mukono Region has three slots for National Finals of the Uganda Secondary School Sports Associations Competitions which will be hosted by West Nile .
